Charlotte Taylor

Sports Therapist, BSC (HONS)

My passion for sports therapy comes from a lifelong involvement in sport, particularly rugby. Playing rugby myself, alongside previously working within rugby, football, and volleyball teams as a sports therapist, has given me first-hand experience of the physical demands of sport and the impact injuries can have on performance and confidence.

I graduated from the University of Worcester with a degree in Sports Therapy. During my studies and applied placements, I developed strong skills in injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation, working closely with athletes to support their recovery and return to sport. Being pitch-side and within team environments has strengthened my understanding of both acute injuries and long-term injury prevention.

What I enjoy most about sports therapy is that it perfectly combines my love for sport with a genuine passion for helping people overcome injury. Whether someone is aiming to return to competitive sport or simply move pain-free in everyday life, I find it incredibly rewarding to support them through their rehabilitation journey.

I take a holistic approach to treatment, focusing not only on reducing pain and restoring movement, but also on educating patients so they feel confident managing their condition and preventing future injury. My goal is to help each individual get back to doing what they love, stronger and more resilient than before.
