Rehabilitation, optimal health and maintenance play an essential role in my treatment. As a sports enthusiast I found that restoring proper function and strengthening allowed me back on the basketball court. From personal experience and working with clients, life is not about avoiding pain but rather being able to exceed what you may believe to be your limiting factors.

After graduating, I worked in Essex and helped various patients to achieve their goals, most importantly encouraging them to take their health into their own hands. I am passionate about healthcare and the difference that chiropractic can make in supporting individuals to live full and healthy lives.

I graduated from Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with Master’s degree in Chiropractic. I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council and also a member of the United Chiropractic Association.
