Harborne Chiropractic Clinic was founded in 2013 by chiropractors Guy and Elizabeth Falco with a straightforward intention — to provide the best possible care for every patient who walked through the door. Thirteen years on, that intention hasn’t changed.
What has changed is the scale of what that commitment has built. From a two-chiropractor practice, the clinic has grown into one of Birmingham’s largest and most established musculoskeletal clinics — with a multi-disciplinary team of chiropractors, physiotherapists and sports therapists, six treatment rooms, and over 900 five-star Google reviews from patients across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
The clinic remains independently owned and run. There are no corporate targets, no pressure to fill appointment books and no incentive to extend treatment beyond what is clinically necessary. What drives us is straightforward: helping people get better, and doing it well.
Our Facilities
A Purpose-Built Space Designed Around Your Care
We are based on Knightlow Road in Harborne — a quiet residential street in one of Birmingham’s most established neighbourhoods, a short walk from Harborne village centre. The clinic is easily accessible from across Birmingham, with free on-street parking directly outside and regular bus routes through Harborne.
The building is warm, welcoming and purpose-built for clinical care. Patients consistently tell us that the atmosphere feels different from what they expected — less clinical, less rushed, more like somewhere that actually has time for them. That is deliberate. We have always believed that how a patient feels when they walk in is part of the care itself.
Six treatment rooms
With six dedicated treatment rooms, we have the capacity to see patients promptly — without the waiting times that frustrate patients at smaller clinics. New patients are typically seen within days of contacting us.
Shockwave therapy suite
We have dedicated shockwave therapy equipment on site — one of the most clinically effective non-surgical treatments available for chronic tendon and soft tissue conditions. Shockwave is available to both existing patients and new patients booking directly for this treatment.
Reception and waiting area
Our reception team are the first people you meet and the ones you speak to when you call. They are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in making your visit as smooth as possible — from booking your first appointment to answering questions about insurance and treatment.
Disabled access
The clinic is fully accessible for patients with mobility difficulties. If you have specific access requirements, please let us know when you book and we will ensure everything is arranged for your arrival.

Our team of chiropractors, physiotherapists and sports therapists are among the most experienced musculoskeletal practitioners in Birmingham. All of our chiropractors are registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC). Our physiotherapists are HCPC-registered Chartered Physiotherapists. Insurance and Self-Pay
Transparent Pricing and Recognized Insurance Coverage
We are recognised providers for BUPA, AXA Health and Aviva. If your policy covers chiropractic or physiotherapy, please contact your insurer to confirm your cover and obtain an authorisation number before booking. Our team will handle the rest.

We offer early morning and evening appointments Monday to Friday, as well as Saturday appointments — so that work and family commitments are not a barrier to getting the treatment you need.
