Guy Falco is the founder and clinical director of Harborne Chiropractic Clinic. Since establishing the clinic in 2013 with his wife Lizzy, he has helped develop it into one of Birmingham’s leading multidisciplinary musculoskeletal clinics.
Guy graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic and has many years of experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Over the course of his career he has developed a particular interest in more complex cases, especially where patients have struggled to find clear answers or lasting improvement elsewhere. His approach focuses on careful assessment, accurate diagnosis and building structured treatment plans that address both the symptoms and the underlying cause of the problem.
A central part of Guy’s clinical philosophy is that effective treatment begins with an accurate diagnosis. Throughout his career he has seen many patients whose symptoms have been misunderstood or poorly assessed, often leading to ineffective treatment. This has driven his ongoing commitment to professional development and continued refinement of his diagnostic and treatment skills.
Outside the clinic Guy enjoys staying active through road cycling and padel, and values spending time with his family. Building Harborne Chiropractic Clinic has always been motivated by a desire to create a clinic where patients receive clear answers, effective treatment and the support needed to return to the activities that matter most to them.
In addition to chiropractic spinal manipulation and adjustment, Guy uses dry needling, cupping therapy, shockwave therapy, and structured rehabilitation programmes as part of his integrated approach to treatment. He is recognised by all major private health insurers including BUPA, AXA Health, Cigna, WPA, and Simplyhealth.
