My passion for sports therapy began with a childhood love for football and swimming, sparking an early interest in injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. During my studies I gained diverse clinical experience, including pitch-side therapy at Halesowen Town FC, leading therapy for a university women’s netball team, and working in on-campus clinics treating a wide range of pathologies and neurological conditions.
This breadth of experience shaped my belief that effective sports therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I strive to help individuals regain their desired quality of life — whether recovering from a specific injury or addressing ongoing discomfort. My treatment approach combines deep tissue massage, manual therapy, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, and structured rehabilitation programmes, tailored to each patient’s condition, goals and lifestyle.
I aim to not only alleviate pain and restore movement, but to educate patients on managing and preventing future problems — supporting long-term wellbeing beyond the treatment room.
