My interest in healthcare started after suffering a serious injury as a competitive volleyball player. My passion grew as I went through the rehabilitation process following surgery, and this experience ultimately shaped the kind of clinician I wanted to become. I moved to the UK from Latvia to pursue my career in healthcare, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Therapy from Coventry University.
Being part of Harborne Chiropractic Clinic made me realise I had more to give, and I wanted to expand my skills and knowledge further. I went on to complete a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Birmingham City University, graduating in 2025. Throughout my five years of study I had the opportunity to work in sporting settings including football and rugby clubs, as well as NHS inpatient and outpatient departments across Birmingham.
My clinical approach combines manual therapy, dry needling, shockwave therapy, and acupuncture with structured injury rehabilitation and prevention programmes. With an insight into performance sport and active lifestyles, I understand the importance of effective patient-centred rehabilitation and the goal of returning to activity as quickly and safely as possible. I tailor every treatment plan to suit the individual needs of each patient, whatever their age, lifestyle, or presenting condition.
I am genuinely dedicated to helping you improve your functionality and quality of life. Whatever issue you are facing, I am here to help you get back to your best self.
