My interest in chiropractic began when I was a teenager. I swam competitively for a local club and unfortunately sustained an injury that kept me out of the pool. After visiting a chiropractor, I was finally given a diagnosis and treatment plan which ultimately meant I was able to return to competitive swimming. After experiencing the benefits of chiropractic treatment first hand, I then watched other members of my family benefit too, which inspired me to pursue a career in chiropractic.

In 2016 I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a Masters of Chiropractic (MChiro DC) after five years of study, with a particular interest in the management of chronic pain conditions. I also hold the Licentiate of the Royal College of Chiropractors (LRCC), a postgraduate credential awarded by the Royal College of Chiropractors that reflects an advanced level of clinical knowledge and professional development.

After entering practice I noticed a significant number of patients seeking care for pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions, which led me to undertake further specialist training in this area. This in turn sparked an interest in paediatric chiropractic care, and I now regularly assess and treat babies and children in clinic alongside expectant mothers at all stages of pregnancy.

No matter the age or the condition, I believe that every patient should be treated as an individual. I will always strive to diagnose and manage your condition in a way that allows you to achieve your full potential.
