I have always been passionate about health and wellness and knew I wanted to build my career around this interest. I was introduced to chiropractic by a family member who experienced immediate relief from a cervical radiculopathy after visiting a chiropractor. This positive outcome, along with the holistic and conservative treatment approach of chiropractic care, deeply resonated with me. Maintaining my own personal wellbeing is also a fundamental principle in my life, and chiropractic care has been instrumental in relieving my own mid-back pain caused by poor posture.
I am driven by a strong desire to help others, alleviate their pain, and enhance their quality of life, overall health and mobility. Seeing tangible results provides me with great satisfaction. To achieve these outcomes I employ a range of techniques including Diversified Technique, Mobilisation, Sacro-Occipital Technique, and soft tissue work. I also prioritise educating patients on posture, exercise, and lifestyle changes to bring about lasting improvements in their health.
I graduated in 2024 with a Masters of Chiropractic (MChiro DC) and am committed to continuing my professional development to ensure my patients receive the highest standard of care.
